  • Homemade potato gnocchi with our farmhouse-style white ragù – € 16

  • Carnaroli risotto (from a CampagnaAmica producer) with pumpkin from our garden,
    Gran Gessato di Schignano cheese (similar to Castelmagno) and our own Blu di Capra (similar to Gorgonzola)€ 16

🍖 Main Courses

  • Oven-roasted kid goat with organic rustic polenta – € 28

  • Fried eggs from our free-range hens, served on a bed of organic rustic polenta
    and topped with grated Gran Gessato di Schignano cheese – € 14
