The Al-Marnich Farm House apply the following cancellation’s policy:

• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (High Season)
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (Medium Season)
  
• If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (Low Season)
• If cancelled or modified later than 3 / 7 / 14 days: the total rate of one night only will be charged.
• In case of no-show (without any andavance advise to us): the full rate will be charged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING GIFT VOUCHERS:

1) Although our Gift Vouchers are not refundable: they may be transferred to a third party.

2) Gift Vouchers acquired via our official web site are specifically relating to events, activities and accommodation (including any food tasting events) at Al-Marnich Farm Resort, as being the only venue.

3) Our Gift Vouchers do expiry after 2 years, from the purchase date, after the PDF formatted voucher’s emission, which rights and privileges pertain only to our venue.

4) The possibilities for using our Gift Vouchers after purchase; they depend on the type of voucher chosen and on the possible limitations of the period (low, medium and high season) in which you want to use the gift voucher (minimum stay, room’s type availability and restaurant services availability).

5) Prices relating to our Gift Vouchers are determined by our online offers. These will be subject to change, according to market prices etc, which are based on the season and other factors at that time.
