The Menus are the followings …:
1) Sunday, March 5 – Menu “Mountain’s Flavors“:
Appetizers:
Mix of goat cheese we produce + Salametto nostrano
First Dish:
Homemade potato dumplings, seasoned with cheese and radicchio
Main Dish:
The bowl of mixed meats and dried fruits, served with sweet and sour onions
Dessert:
The tortella of “Chantilly” cream with pears, chocolate and cinnamon
2) Sunday, March 12 – Menu “Gourmet“:
Appetizers:
Mix of goat cheese we produce + Salametto nostrano
First Dish:
Fresh pasta noodles served with bacon, radicchio, ricotta and pecorino
Main Dish:
The pork shank served with apples and with rustic polenta
Dessert:
The ricotta cake with chocolate chips
3) Sunday, March 19 – Menu Spring’s Awakening:
Appetizers:
Mix of goat cheese we produce + Salametto nostrano
First Dish:
BIO pasta “shells”, seasoned with cheese we produce, cheese and mountain flowers
Main Dish:
Roasted turkey with brown and wild rice salad “Spring” BIO
Dessert:
