The data recorded through this procedure, will be used only and exclusively for legal purposes, in order to comply with current legislation, relating to the mandatory registration and Guest’s identification housed, in any accommodation facility. This procedure will be carried out, in full compliance with the regulation on personal data protection, in according with our “Privacy Policy“.

The advantage of this procedure, in the pandemic era that we are unfortunately experiencing, consists in avoiding as much as possible the physical exchange of documents and the Guest’s permanence in the common areas; which could instead occur with the normal on-site check-in procedure.
