Below is our 2026 HIGH SUMMER SPECIAL MENU, which this year will be “à la carte” only (with a free choice of dishes from the list below):

Appetizers

  • Local mozzarella, served with Parma DOP prosciutto, toasted whole wheat bread, and seasonal fruit = € 16.00
  • Platter of homemade cheeses with honey from the Intelvi Valley, our jam, and seasonal fruit = € 16.00
  • Trio of mixed local salami = € 13.00
  • Panzanella from the garden (organic whole wheat bread salad with red onions, garden tomatoes, oregano, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and whole wheat salt) = € 9.00

First Courses

  • Organic whole wheat fusilli with garden pesto (purple potato, basil, pine nuts, and green beans) = € 16.00
  • Fresh wheat semolina pasta Durum wheat, served with pork rib sauce, fresh garden tomatoes, red onion, and organic extra virgin olive oil = € 16.00

Second Courses

  • Farmer’s meatballs served with garden peperonata = € 19.00
  • Our goat served with rosemary potatoes = € 28.00
  • Garden eggplant parmigiana = € 16.00

Desserts

  • Farmer’s ice cream (assorted flavors) = € 7.50
  • Shortcrust pastry with ricotta and garden fruit = € 7.00
  • Panna cotta in chocolate sauce with currant coulis = € 7.00
