Personal data<\/strong> will be stored<\/strong> for a fixed period<\/strong> based on criteria based<\/strong> on the nature and duration of the Charge<\/strong> and on the needs of protection of the Client’s interests<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The processing<\/strong> will also be carried out through computerised systems for the following purposes<\/strong>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Fulfilment of the obligation deriving from Par. 109 of Royal Decree 18\/6\/1931 n. 773, requiring that we register and communicate our guests\u2019 personal details to the Police;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n To comply with the administrative, accounting and fiscal obligations in force;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n To surf normally in our official websites, sending us your personal dates, for to complete a reservation and\/or for to ask us, more informations;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n To complete our reception duties for messages and phone calls on your behalf;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n To send you our promotional and up-dating messages about our tariffs and special offers. (With the User’s consent or the independent\/voluntary User’s registration of our “online newsletter” only).<\/span><\/span><\/strong> In addition, we wish to inform you that the contribution of these details as foreseen in point 1<\/strong> and 2<\/strong> is mandatory<\/strong> and that any refusal on your part to reply will make it impossible for us to accept you as a guest in our agriturismo<\/strong>. Nevertheless, if you wish to allow the processing of your personal details<\/strong> as foreseen in points 3<\/strong>, 4<\/strong> and 5<\/strong>, you will have to give us your authorization<\/strong>. Such authorization can be cancelled at a later stage and you will be able to oppose the processing of such details.
