When Emanuele Bonfiglio<\/strong> bought an estate<\/strong> consisting of three quaint nineteenth century<\/strong> farmsteads<\/strong> in the lush and fertile rural sector<\/strong> of valley d\u2019Intelvi<\/strong> in 1995<\/strong>, Al-Marnich<\/a><\/strong> was born<\/strong>. He had a vision and as an agricultural<\/strong> entrepreneur<\/strong> from Milano<\/strong>, he quickly saw the possibillities<\/strong>. Today<\/strong>, the\u00a0Al-Marnich<\/a> Farm<\/strong> and Nature Resort<\/strong> has preserved all the natural beauty<\/strong> and characteristic<\/strong> of a bygone era. Located only<\/strong> 8 km<\/strong> (5 miles<\/strong>) from Lake Como\u2019s<\/strong> shoreline<\/strong> it offers guests a trip back<\/strong> in time with a visual feast reminiscent also of a vibrant country lifestyle<\/strong>.
