Al-Marnich offers a rustic & romantic restaurant where you can sample home styled and traditional dishes made with timely care. Ingredients used to create a superb culinary experience are selected from the onsite BIO diverse farming project and local produce. Located 8 km from the shore of Lake Como (Aregno village, in the direction of Menaggio), the restaurant at Al-Marnich is an excellent location for taking a short or longer break from city life. A real getaway and a parking spot for your vehicle is always guaranteed. Even on days when the weather may seem a little dreary you can still enjoy what promises to be an unmistakably wonderful romantic and family experience.

Guests staying at Al-Marnich (Lake Como Restaurant) also get to experience our famous ‘grilled feasts’ tenderly sizzled on natural stone and our traditional wood-fired pizza is prepared with organic Spelt flour and natural yeasts, then topped with our own natural ingredients and cheeses of many varieties produced onsite and locally within the Valley d’Intelvi. Come feast with us, there is a place at the table waiting just for you.

We happily accommodate groups of up to twenty-four guests (minimum of 6- 8 people) which can enjoy staying in our rustic traditional dining rooms. We also arrange fixed-priced packages for early bird bookings. You get to choose what restaurant menus the group would like to sample …

For an idea of our prices and packages:

– Average setting for a 2-course ‘Tasty-Test menu’ meal is around 24 euros per head, drinks excluded. Taste a bit of everything

– Average setting for 4-course complete menu meal is around 38 euros per head, drinks excluded

– Fixed menu for groups are from 45 euros per head, and include drinks

– Fixed menu for special events (anniversaries, first communion, christenings, engagement party, etc) from 40 to 50 euros per head, and includes drinks
